About us
GBT Building Services is an English building company that has been operating on the Costa del Sol for over 20 years. We are based in Mijas Costa, but will undertake work anywhere in Andalucia - coast or inland. We have a wealth of experience within the Spanish system regarding building laws and are constantly upgrading our systems with any changes to specifications and new laws. We also have an in-house architect to design your specific projects if required.
No job is too big or too small and you can rely on us to see the job through from start to finish, with a great understanding of the client´s requirements. We pride ourselves on giving great attention to detail throughout the job with a professional and friendly service.
We can carry out any major building work, from new buildings to fitting a new kitchen or bathroom. All our work is carried out by time served tradesmen. We speak fluent Spanish and can liaise with Town Halls etc in order to obtain all the relevant and necessary building permits. We always sign off our work with a "no quibble" guarantee.
